Grad

Just thought I'd take this time to reminisce over my graduation year. It was a year that just fleeew by! I couldn't believe how fast it went or how fast high school in general went. I miss it already. I miss the teachers and the threats of extra homework and zeros. I miss the annoying but always entertaining Spirit Weeks. I miss singing Christmas carols outside Mr. Lockhart's classroom because he was being a Grinch.

I was so happy when I graduated. I felt like I really accomplished something. I graduated with an "A" average (honours) and got high marks in all my classes, up to 20% higher than what was even required to get into nursing. With my name starting with a "Z" I had to wait quite a while for all 180 grads to go up before I got to. I thought it'd take a while. But before I knew it was I up there too, getting my diploma, walking off the stage then throwing my hat up in the air- feeling so proud of my achievements. I was thrilled to have people who cared about me there. It was so nice to have the people who prayed for me most throughout school there with me. People who didn't just pray for my future career, goals and ambitions but my life as a whole. I'm happy I got to go to the formal dinner with my best friend.

All in all, the week I turned 18 and graduated from high school, June 23rd-30th, will be the greatest week ever. Until I go to Disney World. I'm pretty sure that'll take first place.
